Fixed Term (7th January 2019 – 19th July 2019)

PCD 5, £18,319 per annum pro rata

 

1x TA (KS1 9.30 – 12noon) 12.5 hours per week

1 x TA (Early Years 1pm – 3.30pm) 12.5 hours per week

 

The governors of Victoria Infant & Nursery are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and talented teaching assistants to join our team.

These fixed term contracts, from 7th January – 19th July 2019, have been created through an increase in pupil numbers. It is expected that one of the posts will be working within Reception and one in KS1.

 

The successful candidates will:

  • Be an outstanding practitioner with a passion for working with young children
  • Have good knowledge of KS1 & EYFS curriculum and practice
  • Be enthusiastic and committed to high standards
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment
  • Foster good relationships with parents, pupils and colleagues.
  • Be flexible, well organised and work well as a team member
  • Be committed to the Safeguarding and well-being of all children
  • Have at least an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in the relevant subject and have a grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
